LoLo is the owner and lead baker of LoLo’s Kitchen LLC, a microbakery based in her hometown Greenville, North Carolina. With over a decade of cake decorating experience, she started her journey into pastries at age 14 when she made her friend's birthday cake (pictured below). At 16, she took her first bakery job, learning new techniques and diving into the world of baking. Eight years later, she officially launched LoLo’s Kitchen.

Since then, LoLo’s Kitchen has been featured in events around the local community and one of BREW program’s top three small buisness winners.
