Owner and lead baker of LoLo’s Kitchen LLC, a microbakery based in Greenville, North Carolina. With over a decade of cake decorating experience, I started my journey into pastries at age 14, baking anything I could find on the internet. At 16, I took my first bakery job, learning new techniques and diving into the world of commercial baking. Eight years later, I officially launched LoLo’s Kitchen!

Since then, LoLo’s Kitchen has been featured in events around the local community and won second place in the BREW program.

My baking philosophy is everything buttercream and creating desserts bursting with flavor! Adding a touch of spice here and a flower there is how I typically go about designing (and lots of trusting the process lol).
