Owner and lead baker of LoLo’s Kitchen LLC, a microbakery based in Greenville, North Carolina. With over a decade of cake decorating experience, I started my journey into pastries at age 14, baking anything I could find on the internet. At 16, I took my first bakery job, learning new techniques and diving into the world of commercial baking. Eight years later, I officially launched LoLo’s Kitchen!
Since then, LoLo’s Kitchen has been featured in events around the local community (cake decorating, pop-ups, private events etc.) and won second place in the BREW program.
My baking philosophy is everything buttercream and creating desserts bursting with flavor! Adding a touch of spice here and a flower there is how I typically go about designing (and lots of trusting the process lol).
